Happy Valentine’s Day!

Interesting fact: “xoxo,” when read as Cyrillic, is pronounced “hoho”… could cause some holiday mix-ups… so be careful out there today.

And now, my dear beloved blog readers, a Valentine’s Vladentine’s greeting for you:

There’s more fun where those came from http://vladentinesday.tumblr.com/.  (I take no credit, of course.)

Annnnnnd…. now you know how I procrastinated last night when I just couldn’t work up the motivation to plan a lesson on Gothic architecture for my 8th grade German class.  How to translate “flying buttress” from German to Ukrainian… anyone? anyone? Nope, I don’t know either.
